      Release 3.1.08 is coming this week. The Windows updater is ready and Greg will be finishing the Mac OS X updater this week. This is a maintenance release that improves stability of the application and improves the appearance in a few places.

      The update adds the four counties in Texas that Dan Newberry noticed were missing. These are Henderson, Parker County, Tom Green County, and Upshur County.
